General info to review BEFORE applying:
Your monthly gross income must total 2.5 to 3xs the monthly rent amount to qualify. Applicant must provide a minimum of two (2) paystubs and/or proof of income through bank statements showing direct deposits.The application fee is $40.00 per person. All adults 18+ who'll be residing at the premises are required to apply, and will be listed on the lease. We will conduct a background check on all adult applicants. Once we screen (and potentially accept) you, we’ll show you the property in-person. Provided you love it and want to move forward, we’ll require the security deposit to hold the unit for you. Then, anytime before move-in day we require the remaining first months rent.
***Security Deposit and first months rent MUST be paid in full prior to taking possession of the property***We allow pets under the condition that the security deposit be increased according to your individual situation.
Greenzang does not accept applicants utilizing a subsidized housing program, such as Section 8. We are willing to cooperate with tenants in order to help get you in one of our beautiful units.
