Your monthly gross income must be 2.5-3xs the monthly rent amount to qualify. Over 600 credit score and applicant must provide a minimum of two (2) paystubs and/or proof of income. The application fee is $40.00 per person. All adults 18+ who'll be residing at the premises are required to apply, and will be listed on the lease. If you do not fully qaulify we are willing to cooperate with you to make it work.
We will conduct a background check on all adult applicants. Once we screen (and potentially accept) you, we’ll show you the property in-person. Provided you love it and want to move forward, we’ll require a security deposit to hold unit for you. Then, anytime before move-in day we require the remaining first months rent. We allow pets under the condition that the security deposit be increased according to your individual situation.
